No Returns or Exchanges

We have a strict no return policy, which means all sales are final.  No exchanges or returns accepted.  

 
Damages during shipping 

If an item is damaged during shipping we will evaluate the situation and provide you next steps.  In most cases we will attempt to fix the item.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email at jewelsbyjana@outlook.com within 72 hours if the item is damaged during shipping so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To be eligible for an evaluation, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your issue is evaluated, we’ll send you next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting an evaluation will not be accepted.
