Lost/Damaged Packages & Insurance

Your satisfaction matters to us. While Jewels by Jana cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, we provide complimentary shipping insurance coverage up to $75 on all orders.

For orders exceeding $75, enhanced insurance coverage is available for purchase.  Simply add 'Z-Additional $100 Shipping Insurance' from the 'Shop All' option, selecting the appropriate quantity based on your order value. Please contact us if you need assistance.
